The NZ Health Design Council invites you to Arotahi: Focus, our 2025 conference exploring the future of healthcare systems, outcomes, and delivery in Aotearoa. Designed for professionals across health, design, infrastructure, and construction, this event brings together sector leaders for a full day of insight, discussion, and connection.

Session Topics:

• Health System – Updates from Health NZ and international case studies
• Outcomes – Public, private, and Māori-led models of care
• The Future – AI, innovation, and emerging health services
• Delivery – Procurement, construction, and project case studies

Day One – Tuesday 16 September

• Conference: 8:00am – 5:15pm
• Networking Drinks: 5:15pm – 6:30pm
• Conference Dinner: 7:30pm – 10:30pm

Day Two – Wednesday 17 September (Optional)

• Site visits to key health design and infrastructure projects around Wellington (timing and details to be confirmed)
