SUMMARY:NZHDC Monthly Forum | Revisiting air quality post pandemic
DESCRIPTION:The New Zealand COVID-19 pandemic response was characterised by an ‘elimination strategy’ with border closure\, disruptive lockdowns and social distancing. In Canterbury\, the scientific community and health partnered in efforts to find solutions in the face of uncertainties about the efficiency of disease transmission through the air. This presentation shares learnings from a health perspective with case studies from Managed Isolation and Quarantine facilities and hospital settings.
